So, they finally came and put internet into the building.
One of our guys attempted to get my laptop connected and set up.
Armenia does not know much about Vista. And neither do I.
Moral of the story: I still can't use internet on my laptop.
Also, the computer i'm using at this moment is not letting me send emails or do much of anything on facebook.
Tomorrow we will try to figure out the problem and see if we can't conquer Vista! If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!
Another funny yet not so funny thing:
Today at my language lesson I was having trouble reading (not having TROUBLE...just reading very SLOW). My teacher said, "You are not reading very good at all. Try to read silently and I will come back in a few minutes and check again". I almost burst into tears! But then I just took a deep breath and kept trying. It's kinda funny looking back now, but I was really upset (and a little angry with her) at that moment.
Imagine me, a 23 year old, sounding out simple three letter words. The equivalent would be me trying to read "cat". C........A...................T. CAT!!! No wonder she's a little impatient with me.
I'm loving the comments, guys! Hopefully I will be able to reply to them soon!

I have so been there!
You're doing great! Keep up the good work. After almost 6 months I still read that slow so take heart friend. And remember that tact is not something regularly used here. :)
Don't worry, you'll get there. I can't imagine how difficult it must be. Keep positive & do your best.
I have vista, but I wouldn't know where to begin on trying to get things hooked up for you. I look forward to it all getting figured out. I miss the facebook chats and emails. Once the internet is setup, we'll see how well Skype works. If it doesn't work out, I get that Phonecard, so I can call you.
Hang in there. Phil 4:6-7
I would give you a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge for just arriving at the lesson with such a trip to make. Just hold that thought, and I'll try to deliver on that! Love, Mom
