Recent life experiences

Bought a 7 kilo pumpkin and proudly carried it home

Ate khinkali http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khinkali

Threw up water. Sorry for being gross.

Got my Armenian groove on at a 10 year old's birthday party. They say I've got skill!

Went bowling and beat the pastor. Yes! I mean, I'm not competitive or anything.

Started new English classes at the nearby college. Finally.

Made play-dough and colored it using Gatorade

Met lots of new people through English classes

Drank a decent amount of rose hip juice this month in the village. Thumbs down on rose hip.

Turned on the radiators in the apartment---fall has arrived.

Played speed scrabble with my students. One student wrote "G UNIT"
(That one's for you, Erin)

Broke the fall coat out of the closet.

Listened to some good teaching of JD Greear. He led the teaching time during my meetings in Greece this summer. If you're looking for a good podcast, I would recommend him.

Radiators. It just seems funny, for some reason. Even if they are radiators, I would probably still call them heaters.
Even in my short time there, I noticed that Armenian boys do seem to enjoy American hip-hop, rap, and dance music.
