Mo' Snow

Today's dump of snow proved to be less difficult to shovel. This is a major bonus! The big downside of all this snow/school cancellation is that I still have to teach the same amount of material in a much smaller amount of time! For those who don't know, the language school where I teach operates on 4 week sessions. So, missing over a week due to snow makes me feel like throwing up my hands. However, I can't! They STILL have to take the comprehensive final at the end of the session which covers all the material in the syllabus---whether I covered it or not. The Comp. Final does not change. Can we all say "Oi" together?

On the bright side: I took a lovely walk in the snow at sunset this evening. I think living in Armenia helped me deal with cold better.

Looking forward to this weekend:
1. Temperatures will get above freezing!
2. Saturday is my sister in law's baby shower!!
3. Sunday I'm starting my new Sunday School class. I'm excited to get to know the ladies in my class and lead them to study God's Word.
