We got about 10 inches on Monday night and I've been home from work since then! I've done some projects around the house, some lesson planning, Bible study, and reading.
Yesterday my biggest project was shoveling the driveway. My parents have about a 120 ft driveway. 10 inches deep + 120 feet long = lots of hard work! My second problem was that we only had an old, rusty, "regular" shovel that you would use in a yard or garden. Luckily, I was able to borrow our neighbor's snow shovel for a little while. My dad decided that he would man the gas-powered leaf blower.
Needless to say, today I am sore and sniffly. I actually really enjoy physical work, but yesterday was a big job.
