Shnorhavor! It means "Congratulations!" When it's your birthday, people say Shnorhavor. When you buy a new pair of shoes/clothes, people say Shnorhavor. When you get married, people say Shnorhavor.
And when I receive mail....I tell myself SHNORHAVOR! Shnorhavor to me!
Today I got mail (which is a joyous occasion), but it was the kind of mail that is the interesting part.....
I got Christmas cards. Lots of them. Here's a big "thank you" to Bob and Deb/ Northeastern State BCM for the Christmas cards and NSU stuff. So.....the mail was just about 6 months late. No big deal! I was tempted to just save all the cards until December so that I would have something to open on Christmas in case the same thing happens again. But, my curiousity and my love of mail caused me to open each envelope with glee.
I also got mail from Cody and Breanna. They sent the package about a month ago. Thanks guys! Also, thanks to Audrey and my mom for the sweet cards! I have no CLUE what happens to mail in between America and here, but I'm sure it's ridiculous. So, if you want to send me a Christmas card, maybe it's not too early to start the process.

Man I am telling you! You are just making up words again.... There's no way that Shnorhavor is a real word!
Just teasing!
By the way you know me its never too early for Christmas! Who knows since we have a house now that tree may be up even earlier!
Love you!
That's amazing! The mail can take 2 1/2 weeks or 6 months!! There is something seriously wrong with that. You're probably going to be getting mail in Armenia for months after you've left.
I need to send you more cars and pics and packages (what would you like?) Now's your chance to ask.
I like that word --Shnorhavor!
