Today was just great.
On Sundays we have "hosue church" in our small groups. There are about 11 of us. We sing a few songs and take part in reading and discussing the Scriptures. Small groups are a chance to learn about God, but also to learn about relationships. Relationships with people are messy. They challenge us in so many ways. On the other hand, relationships can bring us incredible joy.
Today I had the joy of praying with 3 other girls here. It was one of those moments in time where you just stop and think "This is how God intended things to be". After prayer, we went for a walk and just shared with each other about who we are and some of our most important life experiences. It was just a sweet time of fellowship.
So....God has provided me with friends here. Not only friends, but sisters in Him.
I also took an amazing nap today and downloaded "Dan in Real Life" on iTunes. Great movie with great memories attached to it.

Glad you had such a wonderful Sunday. Naps are great aren't they? I love "Dan In Real Life". Especially because I got to watch it with some of my favorite people in the whole world during my first viewing in the 'Quah ;)
