I'm a big kid now.

All the praise goes to Him.....

But I am super proud of myself for making it all the way TO Vienna and making it through the day. When I arrived in Vienna I knew I had two options....find a place to sleep or explore. Since I got decent rest on the flight over, I decided it would be best for me to get out of the airport and see something.

So....I dropped off my carry-on luggage for 3 euros, boarded the CAT (city airport transit) and landed in the middle of Vienna. I took a metro to a cathedral and milled around all afternoon. Had a long and drawn out (but good) lunch, Starbucks (by that time I was getting sleepy) and went on a wild goose chase to find an internet cafe that was working. After making a few circles around myself, I went back the way I came......metro, CAT, airport, luggage. :)

I've got about 3 hours until boarding, so I think I'll find something to eat for dinner and just relax. It's been quite a day, but He's been with me all along.

Lesson of the day: Be brave, look for signs, and never hesitate to ask for directions!

We're so proud of you for taking a good risk and adventuring into Vienna. We remember when you, Ashley, and Cheyenne took a journey on the subway in Paris. You made it to the designated location just a bit later than we had expected. Glad your trip is going so well. Love, Mom and Dad
