And now I'm at a conference with other company workers and we are all surrounded by lots of beautiful snow! My only regret is that I didn't bring my snow boots with me! Today's theme is the cross-cultural nature of our work, so we are discussing language, culture shock/stress, and worldview. It's nice to be with my co-workers, even if I don't know most of them.

It sounds so beautiful. Glad you are enjoying lots of both American and German things in Germany. Take lots of pictures. The conference sounds like it will be enriching in every way.
